Nickelodeon Big Base Camp Competition Terms & Conditions (March 2020)

11/03/2020: UPDATE 11/03/2020: Unfortunately Nickelodeon Big Base Camp has been postponed as a precautionary measure, due to the coronavirus. A new date has not been set.

Instead of giving away 1x family ticket and 3 x FabLab sets to 1 lucky winner, we will create a new competition giving away 4 x FabLab sets to 3 lucky winners. Everyone who entered this competition will be automatically entered, please contact us if you would like to opt out.

  1. The promoter is: Interplay UK Ltd (company no. 2799998)] whose registered office is at Artisan Building, Hillbottom Road, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP12 4HJ, United Kingdom.
  2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Interplay UK Ltd, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  7. Closing date for entry will be 11.59am on the 12th of March 2020. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

         Entries that do not follow all 3 steps will not be counted.

  1. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  3. The prize is as follows: 
  • 4 tickets to the Nickelodeon Big Base Camp 2020 (worth up to £103.50)
  • 1 x FabLab Glitter Tattoos set (RRP £9.99)
  • 1 x FabLab Hairlights set (RRP £9.99)
  • 1 x FabLab Nail art set (RRP £9.99)
  1. The 4 tickets can be made up of:
  • 1 or 2 Adult Tickets (18+) - Access to the Bikini Bottom Beach and Base Camp 
  • 1 to 3 Experience Tickets (recommended age 7-14 years old) - Access to the 90 minutes Camp Studios Experience, Bikini Bottom Beach and Base Camp
  • 1 to 3 Junior Tickets (3-6 years) - Access to the Bikini Bottom Beach and Base Camp 

To a maximum of 4 tickets. If you only require 2 or 3 tickets the promoter will use any left over for further promotional activity.

Please note ONLY the Experience Tickets (recommended age 7-14) gain access to the Camp Studios Experience (90-minute immersive experience).

  3. All tickets are subject to availability: Camp Studios Experience 90 minute slots may sell out, we will help the winner choose an available timeslot. 
  4. Please note that as of 05/03/20 the following time slots are already sold out:

    • Saturday 4th - 8:30 - 14:30
    • Sunday 5th - 8:30 - 11  
    • Monday 6th - 8:30 - 11
    • Tuesday 7th - 8:30 - 11
  5. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  6. Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Interplay UK Ltd. 
  7. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or via being tagged in a post within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  8. The winner will be announced on the @fablabuk Instagram by the 16th of March 2020. 
  9. The promoter will ask the winner for their name, email address and preferred delivery address. The e-tickets will be emailed to you, and the FabLab sets will be posted to your address. This information will only be used for this purpose, in line with our Privacy Policy and GDPR Data safety notice and Nickeoldeon's Big Base Camp's Privacy Policy.
  10. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United Kingdom.
  13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her username in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK and EU data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
